Made paypal chargebacks for delivered services, and does not agree to close the disputes do not deal with this guy, have listed all his email id, company name and address, contact details please if someone know this guy then explain him too and dont deal with him further

Only one solution dont deal new customer with paypal, Skrill is good option............

paypal now is bad for transaction for new member in our web service,

to many CHEATER try to cheat us.

use paypal for old member and took a photo id card behind our website,
