Problem with ImeiSource,I need a solution.


I will try to explain this as clear as I can be, few months ago I arrived to ImeiSource web and found interesting their pricing groups and discounts.
As Iīm a reseller my self, I was interested in try their services, so I spend $200 in their web without so much trouble, till there everything find.

Then I decide to be part of their reseller store program, and talk to them, they setup my resller store and I made a deposit of $500 in their web to get Resellers Pricing Group.

Here is when trouble starts, besides the techinal issues that the reseller store was having that is not the matter now, the orders of my clients were delayed for days and many of them rejected, with all this toruble my clients were furious with me, because services suposed to be instantly and were taking days and rejected.

With all this trouble I decided to close my reseller store and refund the remaining credits of my users, after closing my reseller store I still have $155,62 in my account in ImeiSource, so I decide to spend all my credit in server orders because is what I sell the most and recover my money, but a day after place my orders all of them were rejected and I couldnīt place server orders again, because I have no one product to select in my account under server service.

I comunicate to ImeiSource Team via WhatsApp and they told me server service was offline and will take 2 weeks to be online again.

After 2 weeks, still no server service and I decide to contact them again, no answer in whatsapp, but they answer me in skype, they told me in few words that server service for wholeseller was off till further notice, but retail store server service was working.

I decide to buy services I want at retail price, at least to recover my money, because they are more expensive, but what was my surprise when I realize that I could not pay for those services with my remaining credit, so I was in the same point, I canīt place server orders and canīt get my money back.

They told me I can place Imei and File orders, but I donīt needed, I need server, so what to do. Now they donīt answer me, but keeps promoting server services in this forum, so I wondered how is possible they are offering something to people and I canīt buy it ?

You will find all that Iīm telling is the truth in the following pictures.

Note: I upload picures in a zip file because they are 35, but see it, inside is all the evidence.

What Iīm asking for?
Iīm just asking to ImeiSource to sell me server service, at least at retail price but payable with my remaining credit, or a refund if they cannot sell me server orders, because I donīt need any other service from them.

I think Iīve been to much patient but now is over.

Please sir we are talking serious here, do you even bother to see the pictures I left on my first post, because if you did, you has to know that I use all kind of ways to contact your team "contact us, ticket, chat, skype and WhatsApp" and don't get any solution. The way that this team avoid responsibilities is insulting to clients.

And other thing is so convenient that "Contact Us" form in your web leaves no record to the client, just a notification that your form has been sent and nothing else, don't you think, please mod help me here and all the people that is loosing money with this Team.

No need to contact 100 places for the same issue. What's the further exusing if you already got answered from an place? We have recorded that you have contacted multiple places for the same issue even you already got answered for the same subject. We have stopped outsiders supports except we have mentioned officially.

Spam?? Loosing $155 is not spam for me, and I came here because OBVIOUSLY I donīt get any solution from your team, told me that server service is offline and you cannot do anything about it or that you donīt know when will be online again is not a fair answer, because loose my money or have it stocked in your web for undefined time is not what I want. Iīm here to suggest a fair solution for both, give the service that I wanīt and you suposed to offer, or refund my money if you canīt, is very simple issue. You donīt need to give me banal answers here, if you solve my trouble in the first place, this will not happened.

So, not an answer, no solution, nothing... Please ImeiSource I need a refund if you cannot sell me server services, itīs simple, I donīt wanīt to open a case im PayPal for this, we can solve it, but I need to recover my money.

We have already answered and cannot answer multiple places for each user or each issue. This is not an IMEI Source discussion or resolution center. Mentioned #5. Currently, we are working on server service development for wholesale. However, you have mentioned you need unlocks and service. So, please use the interested services that you have agreed on signup. We have standard refund policy and price group policy if you think that eligibility gets a refund, you should request us by submitting a ticket at the billing department to get an answer. Or if you are involved in a case, please do not discuss here.

Please consider a request to mods for closing this case to made userfriendly between you and imeisource. Please note: Generally we do hold (locked) user account while opening a case on this area until the case is closed but not all but committed, depending on how's (OP) they react. In order that is true that Iīm trying to spend my remaining credit in ImeiSoure using Imei Orders, I will request to admin to close this thread, but I request to ImeiSource too, that they enable their server services because itīs been three months since I cannot place any server orders in their server and thatīs my main working area, thanks in advance.

When will you notify? In 3 months? 2 years?
Your server service is down for 3 months already, WHY?

EXPLAIN.
Give a real agenda on when you plan to resume server.
