Samsung code not working

I order samsung code
i got 4 codes
i put on my samsung and it said unsuccessful

i have proof on video, but he not refund my money
his reason all from supplier are corrected

IMEI : 351612063912643 and 352323061931887

this is not small money, i have order 2 (twice) different model still got wrong code

where i must to report this problem ??

This is normal policy with Samsung codes with all suppliers. The codes come direct from samsung factory and the problem is usually with the phones software rather than incorrect codes.

Did you try MCK followed by NCK code?

This usually does the trick, if not then I suggest reflashing the phone with a generic firmware doing a hard reset then retrying MCK code, followed by NCK code.

If this fails then the phone will need to be unlocked by cable.

i already flashing, 2 models 2 imeis are same

first time i make order on you , i got EXTRA CODE, why last 2 imeis not got extra code ?

This policy is with all supplier and you do have done a lot with him he cant be listed on cheater list

i have same issue with unlockking " network unlock unsucessfull " no refund even with video proof , easy money for unlockking i suppose not good for me i lost $18 for useless code ! shocking

I had the same problem one time with a European I9300, and tried fllashing the phone, factory resetting, flashing again, downgrading, upgrading but no chance for the code to work. Tried all the tricks that are listed on their web...

I am surprised, how can a code bought directly from Samsung not work?
If it comes from Samsung then it should always work, not just sometimes!


But I am suspecting they just drop sometimes randomly some codes and saying those are the codes, that's why they can't warranty for codes. And when we claim they say:

I am checking my Samsung codes ordered there, but many times not received that Extra code, and sometimes received just as 8 zeroes 00000000, but I don't think there is the problem.

EXTRA code is for Regional lock, if your phone dont have Regional lock, then it will be 00000000 or not display in returned codes!
