I've pay on 10.11.2014 495 USD for remove iCloud lock on 3 clean devices.
He promised me a processing time of 2-5 days.

No i get every week a new story. His homepage is down.

Sometimes he answere, sometimes he is online And dont answere.

Until today all 3 devices are locked And no refund.

If the service is down why leave the users waiting for it?
Just refund them and not hijack their money in the hope of getting the service restored.
Remember always you earned the money only once the service is fully delivered and not when the user pay you.

He is also not refunding $330 of mine. Paid 4 months back. Always excuses. Last 2 months no reply to my whatsapp, wechat, sms, skype and phone calls at all.

I hope he refunds me also. Didn't get time to post a thread in here. If not, I will be providing more details about him and his business as well as everything else that I have. This way nobody in the future gets cheated.

But now that two mods are tracking this thread, issue will be solved swiftly.

well bad days can come any time on any one and i think customers must give u time to handle this crises .

I made a little mistake. Payment was sent 6 months ago (July 31). He stopped replying to me since 4 months.

Just now I sent him a whatsapp message. He replied. He is saying no money. No money since last 6 months? While it is evident here that lots of ppl paid him. In September he could afford to go for holidays for 2 weeks. No money?

Quite simply, only excuses. Anyways, awaiting @Alex to conclude the matter. If my money is not going to be refunded, nothing much can be done.
