Omg.. 1 complaint thread so again they dont think to their customers. INSTEAD of istening to their customers...just run own game..

Now UB official support is gone from gsmhosting. ?????????

Think about your customers UB. We need support section back in gsmhosting.

Their support topic is still there, and they do support various issues still.
The reason threads such as the one you've shown are created is because there are many people who are suffering the same fault after an update. We are told to format the pc, etc, when clearly it is not the end users computer that is to blame. The threads relating to such problems are either deleted instantlly, or at best you get the "format machine" instrution, the thread is then deleted shortly after.

I bought my Universal box a week after the BB5 unlock via logs server was set up. I bought logs, but never managed to use them as Nokia closed the hole that was discovered. I never complained....This is the nature of the business we are in. However, the box clearly dying after an update, and the way this is handled is too much.

Look at the other support sections. All of them have good and bad written about the device in question. Their supporters are willing to take the rough with the smooth. In the universalbox section, virtually all of the posts are in the positive. Its very hard to find a bad word written against them. Why should this be?

my friend after an update my box is not connecting to the server when i click the update tab it is saying this
terminated with error:Cant connect to sever(000000800)connection timeout (0000274c).00001040.00004030
