universal box exchange problem


Re-selling Universal box

We come across the defect mentioned here several times- Can't open device at USB

As we could read on forums the manufactuere agreed that the problem was in box hardware, smth wrong with 1st revision of PCB or smth like this.

And we can’t understand why they don’t agree to take back and replace all boxes of 1st revision supplied.
We can’t understand why the box should get broken first and only after that ( no matter is guarantee is still valid or not) can be returned to manufacture.

We don’t even talk about extra charge for sending defected boxes over the ocean one by one.

It’s well known that box is dead if we take out the battery CR2032. Can be dead earlier and nobody knows when. But if the battery is taken out- will be dead for sure.

As we can guess sooner or later the battery will discharge anyway and the box will be dead.

Nobody care for re-sellers reputatioin who has to sell the product that is sure to get broken and will have to be exchaged with manufacture. Meanwhile quarantee seal may rub off or smth.

NOT GOOD WAY to do, I’d say!

since he was in financil trouble i help him to promote the box
some fact about ub i wil post
universal box interface
having most securied mcu in gsm history
most expensive hardware in gsm history cost of hardware
is approx 50 to 55 usd with taxes
secound advantage buying universal box
there are 2 programer
who program for universal box
nokia and sony erricson
good update
very good for repair nokia phones
first box in the market to change sony erricon imie
also nokia imie

if u are a serious proffesinal in gsm business u must have 1 box
disadvantage
since mcu is highly secured with battery back up
can get damage easly
but
is very easy to blame narry for all trouble
first i like ask who is the reseller for this box and why he not give replacement to the end user and customer
since i have done all most all replacement to my customers
but i am not G o d cannot satify all
after this post many people will attack me and say bad about me but this is life i accept this bad critism as a way of life

I have to agree with NARRY on this one. I also sold MANY UB boxes worldwide and yes some are bad BUT as long as its still under warranty, WE ALWAYS EXCHANGE IT. This is where buying from RELIABLE and TRUSTABLE dealers are very important. Many customers decided to save money and buy from unreliable dealers who inturn did not take care their customer, you cant blame the producer.

Buy from trustable dealer, Check the date you buy the boxes, dont tamper the warranty seal if there is one = you have nothing to worry cause I am sure the dealer will help you.

If you buy from unlockcellular.com, very easy generate RMA and if still under warranty, we will exchange it NO QUESTION ASK!

Yes thats why you must make sure you buy from a good reseller, and you will get you box exchanged no problem, Narry had always swap any faulty boxes for me no problem.

on my experience with Ub... did have a defective box twice...

but they exchange it with brandnew because it is still on warranty... they added logs for free in return for the inconvenience...

i have no problems at all with my reseller...

I bought one two years ago and sent it back for faulty and waitet one year for faulty replacement. Sent it back last year November and the answer is always phone me in two weeks time. If ever I get it back I will donate it to somone who whants problems for the rest of his life.
I don't need sh!t like that and everybody are complaining so it is ;n no-no for me. I won't sell it anymore, I will tell the people the truth only, and that is bad product and service
