Yes https://unlockblock.com/ is not serving his customers in a proper or fair way, too many delays and too many people complain about him.
I personally have orders pending for more than a month that are really overdue and I have Paypal claims for part of them. I messaged him million times and he has not responded even once. I am sure he is reading his messages as his Skype status is changing all the time from Online to Away. Other people also have been told that he has big personal troubles.
However this is not an excuse as he can easily find five minutes to at least send a mass mail. Or he can hire a support staff that can take care of his customers while he is dealing with his personal problems.

Anyways if by the end of the week my problems with him are not resolved I will open a new thread.
