Unlocking scam - Unlocking Online Ltd UK

I'm new to this forum, but has anyone been hit with a scam from Unlocking Online Ltd, London UK? I requested an unlock code, paid (like an idiot now) and after 4 days multiple emails and unreturned phone calls still have nothing.

Can anything be done to stop these companies?

I've contacted them now. Thanks for the tip. Does anyone know a company that will unlock phones? I have an HTC Innovation and would like to remove it from the Orange network.

One thing I did learn was to check the company at Companies House at least yuo know if they've kept their accounts in order :-)
