Still no reply from Phoenix support. It seems they are selling credits and collecting money without guaranteeing the success of your job. My appeal to everyone: do not buy this tool.

you may contact them via telegram or facebook , as of now this is the only way to contact them . hope they will respond and should solve your issue .
