Hi !

We all knows that GPG has a very good name in GSM industries.

They have good quality cables and all other products.

But I had the bad experience with them by ordering stuff from their website :

GSM•SP | Online Hard Discount

They takes very very very long to ship the stuff , even if we have fully paid to them.

Even with my current order :

i'm waiting for more then 2 weeks now but no answer from them.

Please Vote here if anyone else had bad experience.

I´ve always worked with GPG Industries, and i had never bad experience. They always 100% in suport, and in treatment with their customers. I used to deal wth Leah, Now dealing with Phoebe, excelent professionals and excelent treatments. I am sure that if you have any problem, with them they will solve it in the best way, and sure they have some explanation for you. They are serious people don´t worry.

I have always been their customer, had problem once with the items not sent completely. But they fixed it the next time I ordered. they have some slip ups sometimes, but the good thing is they'll try to fix it for you the best way they can. To Christophe and team thanks guys.
