To all Technicians,
I would like to inform you that you better think twice before you purchase any product from sharkgsm.
This company is in Guangzhou China and the sales manager us called Arlene.
This company is a cheat and a big scammer,the shop is listed as reseller's of Octoplus.
I bought an Octoplus box from sharkgsm shop and they shipped the product that i bought to kenya from china.
I tried to install the octoplus but all i got was that the product is not activated
I called Arlene and she told me not to worry,everything will be well.
Days past as i try to reach Arlene but all were futile.
Finally she got back unto me after a week and ask me for the product serial,which i send her.
I even sent her screen shots.
She told me she has sent the product serial to the team(Gsmserver).
Three days later after she told me that the serial is not genuine and that iam a cheat.

I have all the evidence,and the chats between me and her.

This company takes advantages knowing that you are oversees and it will be more costly to take back the product that they have sold you.

Its a cheat and a scam company selling fake and clone products.
Dare not do business with them.

Finally after a battle with the company they activated the same box they claimed was not theirs and that i was trying to steal from them.

I HAD SAME SCAM ESSUE LAST YEAR WHICH THE COMPENY SOLD EXPIRED NCK DONGLE TO ME AND MADE ME POST MY SERIAL ONLINE AND GET BLOCKED -*** IS WATCHING YOU.

dont buy any flashing boxes and dongles from sharkgsm
because reseller was not supported total fraud and sales cloned products
gsm frends plz dont buy from shark gsm total fraud
