Somone used my account to order samsung Codes [Solved]

My account with one of the unlocking codes supplier was hacked last night and used to order 17 samsung codes for $20 each which makes it $340 in total. I would like to keep the supplier information secret for obvious reasons. I have been in the unlocking market for 4 months now and this is the first time I am facing such a problem.
I couldn't log in last night and system was telling me my password was wrong even though i entered it correctly! I then reset my password using security question. when logged in I saw list of samsungs were in process so i quickly emailed the admin to block the account to save the remaining $600 which was in my account.
Did the hacker changed my password? if yes why didn't i get an email?

This website is a logged vpn system (anonymous proxy).
you can contact them filling a report about illegal activities done on your website using them and they should pass you the data of who connected through them

I tried to email [email protected] but emails bounces back. I have already reported to the police online giving them all the imeis.

Well i need to get serious and claim my money back from the website.

i opend an account with ******************** on the 21st may 2014 and this fraud took place on the 25th may. I see on facebook that a user with facebok name Phoebe Ni account was hacked on 22nd may to order samsung codes.

they wrote
"what happened to your website?someone changed my account password and took my money around $500 to get samsung unlock codein 10 minutes ,after i changed password back then it says my account not activated ,what s wrong?"

website main page shows the following message so it looks like many users have been affected.

WE NOTICED UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS HACK ATTEMPTS SO WE RESET PASSWORD FOR ALL EXISTING CUSTOMERS. NEW PASSWORD IS SENT TO THE REGISTERED EMAIL AND LOGIN WILL BE POSSIBLE ONLY FROM THE COUNTRY THAT IS REGISTERED WITH US. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE DO CONTACT US.

I just want my hard earned $340 back thats all.

Have you been in contact with this company? and if so what is the situation at present..

As this was a breach of their system and nothing was sniffed/taken by malware from your own computer I feel they are totally responsible and should not let their customers bear the brunt of the loss..

Just hope that they are doing something to reimburse their customers instead of ....just an Anouncement..
