Daer Gsm forum users and our senior mambers i'm facing critical problem from sweden_gsm we sold this script domain http://igsmunlocker.com/ to our client
and sweden_gsm pay us for him bcoz sweden_gsm bought gsx account
and unfartunatly after some month gsx expired or block etc we don't know
but our script working and client using bcoz client paid us thru sweden_gsm
just wanna know who is cheater till today i was requesting to sweden_gsm make thread on forum but he not recognize
i asur they are both cheating togather

Let me try to explain once again in more detail, GSM Genie are the ones, whole sold script to a client in March and had to get payment in my PayPal account as their PayPal had some issues at that particular time. On 14th of March, a script's client bought script from them and GSM Genie asked him to pay at my PayPal ID and this I simply got $300 as script's payment, regardless of knowing that from where it came from. Even I didn't know about the payment and was notified by GSM Genie. So GSM Genie needed script's money and thei client asked someone else to pay on his behalf and may be that someone else asked Sweden GSM to pay as Sweden GSM had to pay someone for GSX account, but for us(me and GSM Genie), we simply received money on client's behalf who simply bought an unlocking script saying to GSM Genie that that you'll get paid $300 in PayPal.

This is the whole story, I even know about the payment and was notified by GSM Genie (as mentioned above) and now after 2 months, this whole fuss has been created from NO WHERE. GSM Genie got the money for script in my PayPal ID, regardless of who paid it, why paid it, we simply have been told that we'll get money for script we're never told that who'll pay us and for what reason.

Payment was made on 14th March and Sweden GSM contacted me in mid of May so why did he contact so late? After 2 months? Also, one person is emphasizing that I was told that money sent was of GSM Account, yes I was told BUT on 17th May by Sweden GSM on Skype chat, that money was for GSX account NOT for script. So WHY I was not told at the time of payment that money is for GSX account not for script to be on the safe side?

If someone (I do not even know) cheated Sweden GSM then what me and GSM Genie can do in this regard? Why Sweden GSM trusted that person blindly knowing that there are lot of cheatings and frauds in this unlocking industry, why didn't he save himself? He worked with him for 2 months and now if GSX stopped working, he is after us to refund him his money? THough we delivered everything to the client on 14th March. He should be after XYZ to pay him his money as his GSX service has stopped working.

I hope things would have been cleared now and more transparent after all this explainantion.

Cleaned the thread from the "supporters" posts as this is an issue and not a tribal war.
What we have here is the classic mess due to the bad habit of both sending money to the paypal account of a person not related to the deal and accepting payments from a third part not related : both of you been too much easy going about it.
More then once I invited the users in this forum to be clear when sending/receiving money to/from a third part not involved in the deal but looks like nobody wants listen.
Before I go on with a solomonic share of the lost I need here to see few documents:
a) The terms of the deal done by gsmman187 about this gsx account (user who sold him this gsx account, which warranty terms he gave as duration and any related chat log about it.
b) Know exactely when this gsx account became inactive (Obviously gsmman187 used it for a little while so got some return from it)

read his words about refund n blocking 3rd party cheaters script. he agreed to refund my money which i have not authorised for any web scripts.
now he refuse.
so seems these 2 are collaborating. and only option perhaps is paypal chargeback.
