he changed my password, now i cant use my account anymore.

already contact my local reseller here in Philppines and he try to contact his reseller also which he was bought this account, but no answer.

Why did you not just deal with an Authorised Reseller in Philippines?
Logs are all one price wherever you buy and if these were "cheap" alarm bells should ring.

A littel explanation: every reseller have a admin panel where he creat user and pass he get this panel from a Distributor, in this case this reseller bought logs from Manole so his admin panel is manoleadmxxxxx

There is not any problem with this reseller account from my point.

Ask your reseller to try harder, may be some not paid issue in the middle.

Your account still have 10 credits, if this is what you wanted to know.

And for security reasons, admins pls edit his posts and all posts the username of this account.
