I don't think this people knows a lot about unlocking... because of first it is written there:

DCT-3 and DCT-4 flasher/Unlock + CRUSADER + CRD

and after:

Other supported phones (optional feature CRD and Crusader)
Siemens, Panasonic, Sendo, Maxon, Telital, Ericsson, Sharp

See? Optional!
