I buy 2 set grifin with www.gsm-software.com , from 2 january 2003 untill now , he only give me promise to send my package, he give me information out of stock, but I buy it with another not problem , always have stock ( sound can buy with me now ) , now I have 9 pcs stock of grifin.
Anybody know, www.gsm-software.com , trustable or not ?????

I heard of some friend that he is trustable. But to be honest, i heard also that there is a logistic misunderstanding between him the owner & his chinesse dealer. It may explain the delay... but all my friend here in france get them good at the end with a delay

The question is if i can trust him ? yes, i will.

hello,
all our goods was sent between 12 to 36 hours depend on stock availability and other orders.
but i told him there is a stock problem and if he needed them we can refund money to buy somewhere else i can copy and paste email converstation but he prefer to write here instead of requesting a refund from us. if you read our web site we provide full refund without asking a reason.
and one more thing that we get more than 3000 email evermonth and sometimes its not possible to reply all isntanly so we may reply 1 - 2 days later with a delay otherwise there is no logistick problem with factory. each transactions processed in realtime online.
max delaying time isnot more than 12 - 36 hours if we dont have stock problems i think this is not so long time for international orders...
