based in the Canary Islands Spain, while away on vacation my business partner has placed a order with them for a new UFC V2 cable set as advertised here

as you can see from the picture this is not an origanal UFC V2 cable set and the item we received is not even this, the only reply we have had from them so far is to buy the TMA adaptor to make the cable set work, which it will not i just want what i paid for and what was advertised. i will add more details and pictures later if things do not get resolved, but all i want to know for now is if anyone knows of this company and can they be trusted.

I think you may find that the picture they have advertised is what they say it is (UFC V2), not by GPG Industries, but made by IPmart: IPmart-Cables.com - Browse

Yes am aware the product advertised is the IPMart UFC V2 set and would have been happy to have received this but what i received is not even that as you can see by the pictures i have uploaded here, and still their only reply so far has been to buy the TMA adaptor from them which is not correct at all.

My partner who is a lawyer will be contacting them by telephone soon if this cannot be resolved by email or online, am just posting here to get feedback on this company and some background information if it needs to be taken further.

you are right, the pictures are of a normal UFC cable set.... not even close to what they are showing in web page.

I have ipmart UFC v2.... and all that I can say is: gpg UFC v2 is much better.

Still waiting for a reply to my email concerning a refund at the moment, if not they will be contacted by phone. I will update and post the result of what happens here to keep anyone who is interested informed.
