Hi at all!
I have a problem. I,ve got last week dongle from victor gsm. And finaly to run this soft, Motorola P2K Service Software Version 3.7 i need to activate my dongle. Also i go to victors support site and fill in this formular with name , adress, usw. And the last i send my Hasp ID! Now, i wait 6 Days, send many mails to victor, fill in this formular 2 times, but i get nothing back! WHY??
What i,am doing wrong? Have any peoples the same problem? with this activation?
I hope this is the right section!

I would like to apologize for this delay you may have with the registration of your products and / or replies to your email. We are having holidays in Russia on May 1,2,3,4,7,8,9. On May 5 and 6 only food shops are open, IT companies are closed.

i dont like their support.. for everything they say check support forum.. and their is nothing on their forum but other people with the same problem.. i had to get all my help from this forum.. thanks everybody from gsm-forum for all the help you have given me...

problem with dongle

hi.

i have a problem with my dongle.
it was working ok until 1 week ago.

now the update site is saying that my account has been deactivated.

does anybody have this problem.

because victor is not replying to my emails i have sent to him.

i have sent about 20 emails to his email address.

but with no answer from him.

hope this problem can be solved.

because i have invested a lot of money in this kit.

if anybody has this problem.

please post.

If your account is deactivated, you have to contact [email protected]!
Not post on this forum...

I don't no why Victor did it, but normally he does this only when he has a good reason...

Maybe you have downloaded to much files from his server, or downloaded to much with different language packs. If you don't follow the rules he will deactivate your account.

But only Victor can tell you why and how???
