I have sent thru western Union $630 and I have Paid 45.50 euros + 9 euros to Yan Rouimy locate at 528 101 Avenue, Laval, Quebec, Canada, Zip Code H7W4B2 with cell phone number 5149090257 with paypal ID [email protected] and now he has received teh money he refuse to contact me or either answer my calls, e-mails and texts messages. PLease I Need your help.

Couple of his word he just chat with me on MSN after I sent an e-mail saying I will contact the local police:

PS: He is the Evil in person and he doesn't have heart : Itrust on him by sending $630 and paying in Portugal 45.50 euros + 9 euros and he is not picking my phones calls or replay my e-mail and yesterday caused I report to Canada police he answer my e-mail saying I owed him money from unlocked code that Paypal demand him to refund me!! HE called me names as you can see above adn tell me to call police. PLEASE, WE NEED GET TOGETHER AND TOOK HIM AWAY FROM HONEST E-COMMERCE BECAUSE HE IS HERE JUST TO STEAL OUR MONEY, PATIENT AND TIMES. HOPE THAT THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES WILL CATCH HIM.
