hello suppurt im try to unlock bootloader poco x3 pro vayu but say model not sopporte how can unlock bootloader with the new update

hi .
is this working to enable the 2nd disabled slot (by factory) of a global umi model M2001J2G TAC#860211 miui13.0.7/android12(skq1.211006.001) with unlocked bootloader?
and is the whole process free of charge? specially connecting/downloading appropriate rom files from server by e-gsm tool?
the whole process can be done in under 15 minutes without flashing EU rom manually?
