I bought this tool because it was recommended to me especially for xiaomi auth, I bought it and acquired a package of 24 credits now whenever I am going to use it, it is offline, what happens when they are going to solve this problem:confundido:

I don't understand what's the purpose of this section if there is no one to answer and support.
I will not renew my activation
