How long do u take to respond to ur customers,,this is a new tool and we activate to use it ,,but it takes alot of time to respond,,why not reactivate my account its 2days now,,kindly please dont ignore customers feed back.,,thats why u have suppoters,,managers ......

Hello your account is already activated. You can login with your email id and password which you have created.

You cannot reset password because user portal is under upgrade. Wait for sometime

so howlong does it take to log in to other pc,,,cause i logged in a win7 pc but at workplace win10 say invalid creditials,,thanks
