be4 non stop locked
 

i have be4 v 138 03 flash micron and his non stop locked every soft says "unlock ok" but phone is locked.maybe somewhos write network code wrong too much.and how this phone now unlock??

must work

if not use loto by vygis and read .pdt file from phone and save it
write a good flash 138 in phone (micron type) with any flasher
write back original .pdt file in phone with loto
unlock with mcomm lite if need

how did you upgrade the soft? could you please explain it

With soft loto repairer.first you must read on worked phone you must read *.pdt next step flash with full flash with higer version and after this phone is work but no network or check sim next step you must write this *.pdt when phone worked and now phone worked too.Always MUst make backup full flash
