but unlocking 16F is almost possible with many softwares available for free long time ago,

the most wanted soft for 16F is fixing dead handsets using unlock button like andromeda and USPU do for other 16A,B,C,D

but i think u have Mihnea or 16A.zip & 16B.zip. or something like that,
as i think mihnea is arround 8 to 10 mb,
you said, it's: 15mb

You can use my web space on tripod. Split file on smaler parts using windows commander, and upload parts on tripod. There is all you need to know:
host name: ftp.tripod.com
user name : bu508df
password : 16111968

Or, just click on this link: ftp://bu508df:[email protected]
And copy files on any dir...
