any one can help me on this

classic zte wp820.

when i m connecting classic zte wp820 using samsung hero cable(using reverse side) , it always showing "range check error" on cdma workshop.

& other tools (unicdma, zte esn changer, bitpim) not even detecting this fwp.

can u plz solve my problem of "range check error"

i have with me now 4 fwp, & all for is showing same error.
