are you sure that your phone is connected on com 2
just see in device manager and post result

Yes the phone is conect on com2 it is showing in device manager

first register dll registry file and then try to flash.

thats not possible first tell what u are trying to do?
r u flasing the handset or trying to unlock the handset with new procedure as described by chikkan-blast.

see if there are two com on com 2, then uninstall other not lg com.
then try, if getting problem then post.
