TATA Samsung B189 "Undef Inst Exception" Blinking

I flashed it with original file but no result....

plz help anyone......

Set is blinking & display show "Undef Inst Exception"

press 8&power button then flash with ori file

nothing solution bro. i have already set flash with og mts and change pst india and china nothing happen no solution yet just wait for future solution................

someone said by changing the pa solved the problem.

i have also one set samsung b189 it show-uncompleted download- but when i try to flash it show erasing erroe, is there any tool to erase software in samsung cdma sets, if have any give here since after that we can flash sets otherwise no option.
