MEID pESN converter

i was searching and cant find an ofline MEID to pESN converter on today`s Pats game i was borred and i decides make the program by my self

this is my program is very simple (console aplication developed in c#)

just imput your ESN or MEID in your desired format and it will make the following conversions

Decimal ESN <->Hexadecimal ESN
Decimal MEID->Hexadecimal MEID, Hexadecimal pESN, Decimal pESN
Hexadecimal MEID->Decimal MEID, Hexadecimal pESN, Decimal pESN

things to do

-Make a GUI (Graphic user interfase)
-Add a factory id
-correct bugs (if found)
-make a pocket pc version

the program is attached
cause was developed in a .NET languaje you need Microsoft .NET framework 2.0(if you have radiocomm you have .net i tink)

very nice BRO , works like a charm, what i am gonna say here is that i need some help , i have an LG ally with a bad MEID and i just wanted to write the MEID of my samsung on my LG but none of the MEID/ESN writer worked , is there anyway how to write ESN on android , thanx
