Need help unlocking NTT Docomo TDMA cells
 

Hi all,
Am new here and don't know much.
But i need help to unlock a NTT Docomo D901iS (FOMA) TDMA phone. With IMEI#350284003678436 and locked to Vodafone Japan ( I guess). Need to use it with China networks,

Any1 with much solution, please help asap. The phone is loaded and needs not wasted.
