n356 silent mode ... ?? - GSM-Forum

i have samsung n356, there is no ring tone. when there is a call, phone goes to silent mode!
i have reset the phone...but still nothing !
somebody please help me...!!!

may be the problem is same with my case, try it :
1. press *759#813580
2. 101 ==> ExtAudio DIS
3. If the status is Enable you must change it to disable.

It's not hardware mate...Just try to press number 0 for several second then it will ringing again...hope it will work...it sure work for me...

there is no wellcome ring too.. so i thing its a hardware problem !

dude, see again! there's nothing sound?
This is silent mode.
i think u should try to use handsfree my friend..
if the function is OK, do this...
1. go prl menu
press *759#813580
press 101 the this function display ==> ExtAudio DIS
If the status is Enable you must change it to disable.
press 002 to restart your phone
Hope it's work

and may be ur nam setting, so back it up first by uni pst
