Req:Transfer CDMA connection 4m Huawei ETS388 to Samsung SPH-A660

I want to transfer my CDMA connection from Huawei ETS388 to Samsung SPH-A660 CDMA 2000 1x 1900 Mhz (so far used on USA Sprint Network).My CDMA operator told me that they perhaps can transfer "number" to Samsung SPH-A660 but they can't do "setting" required for the Samsung phone as they dont have softwares for this. I dont know what kind of "settings" are required.
I want to do all myself now as there is no CDMA people in town to help,I have asked for help on different forums but no use so far. I have collected a few stuff for this Samsung model like ,
UNLOCKER and ESN CHANGER
USB_Flash_MultiDownloader_v 2.351
USB+Downloader + v2.13


I dont know if this all is enough to transfer the number ?What step I will have to take one by one to transfer the number. Should this data be read from Huawei Phone and pasted in Samsung as it is?

Unfortunately so far I havent found any software for Huawei ETS388 to read all this.
Can you help me please in this regard ?Any guidence, software, and which cables I need.
