2100 hang / freeze and sometimes can not ON
 

I have 1 2100 which is hang then contact service and somtimes can not ON, i try to FULL FLASH, SET ORIGINAL IMEI, UNLOCK AND UPDATE FAID as usual, usually the phone will back to normal again, but this time i haviong problem, after finish all the procedures the phone still hang and the go back to contact service.


What is the HW problem, could it be the flash ic? i try to reball the flash ic, but still the same. CPU is glued.

replace flash ic & your phone will be ok..hope this could help

i have onother prolem with 2100 it shows black in the only when turn on? please help!

have you ever tried to check the lcd or change? if not then try to change lcd... if still no good try to flash with correct flash before you proceed to the hardware solution...
