Exclamation 3310 5.47 Flash file problem

I downloaded all flash files for 3310 v5.47 (For wintesla MCU + PPM (alone files) and MCU + PPM (Non wintesla) (Both & Alone). When i flash the phone with wintesla files, the phone is dead. When i flash it with non wintesla files (full flash & alone MCU & PPM) the phone go to Contact Service. I tried all steps to correct it (IMEI, Checksums, Full Factory, Faid) but nothing!!! I want to upgrade to v5.47 beacause i want to enable 3315 functions. Any solution?

Thank's...

Try to flash again with version 5.47 or try a downgrade...if not works it's a hardware problem

hi m8, this might be a bit off, but what version was it before you upgraded ?

I have just finished doing my head in with a customers 3330 !!!! It turned out that the phone was in fact a 3310 and it was also version 4.02....

I tried all manner of solutions to get it working again as a 3330 as i thought it was one i also tried flashing a 3310 full flash and virgin eeprom too...still with no success always got Contact Service.....

I have just finished the phone five minutes ago, everything is working now....because i flashed it with a full flash from a version 4.02 3310

if you need the file mail me [email protected]

Cheers m8

I might try later to see if it will accept the 5.47 software but i doubt it

Before i'm going to upgrade this phone the version was 5.13. Because the phone is mine, i have upgraded many times with easy way. Only in the 5.13 version the thinks dosen't go easy (many attempts to go out from Contact Service) but now at 5.47 version i have tried all the think's i know (Virgin EErpom, IMEI, Checksums, etc) but NOTHING!!! Maybe is the flash files (MCU PPM or Both), bad files for flashing... Is this files virgin from nokia?

Thank's...

Your flash file is corrupted.
Use this flash and then write your PPM for v5.47.

Re: 3310 5.47 Flash file problem

I have the same problem. I downloaded flashes from different sites, but nothing helped. Original flash works fine, other flashes (5.03 for example) works fine. What is the problem here? Can anyone send me a working full-flash from 3310 5.47?

Just use Rolis 4.77 It work just fine for me. Use MCU and PPM, click load MCU, load PPM, and flash.

Hey people!

The new Rolis 4.78 flasher has some problems with the new 3310 5.47
Use only the 4.77 flasher to flash 5.47. Rolis says its beacuse nokia everytime changing ppm begin place in some new phones.

I've used Rolis 4.78 to flash 5.47 version and it went fine. So I don't understand why use 4.77 instead of 4.78?

hi guys,

i also want to learn flashing so forgive me for my newbie questions:

is the mcu+ppm a single file? or it is combined? if it is combined how can i do that? because i see in some website a mcu and ppm is a different file.

thanks!

2 treng:

it depends on how did you find the flash file. many of them are separated with one mcu file and many ppm files with different language packs. but you could flash only one pair of MCU+PPM at once. other type is combined MCU+PPM with one language pack. usually it comes with EEPROM area from another phone.

you can flash both types with Rolis 4.77 or Rolis 4.78

Thank's Junk, but i know waht is the MCU & PPM long time ago.
For this topic that i started the solution is to use only Rolis flasher v4.71 and everything is OK.

Thank's to all of you...
