re flashed 3310 know the screen is very faint before i flashed the screen was ok

change flash ic with good one

just adjust the contrast using ufs man.

I suppose that reset factory defaults will help

amps_jas is right....just change contrast by UFS..it will solve ur problem no need to change flash IC
