does it freeze when you go in to games, only way to switch off is to take bat out?? if so try upgrade sw, that should fix it good luck

Hi I have 5 pcs 3330 , when go into games it hangs. Tried factory reset and upgrading / downgrading, but with no luck, anybody got a solution?

I have unlocked one 3330 v4.16. After time it freezes in games and wap, after week Contact service. Owner give phone to service, they just upload new firmware v 4.30 and phone works now OK.

FARHA all the ones ive had freezing only in pic messages,ive just down/upgraded them and all ok now!! hope you find cure regards

 I HAVE 10 UNITS. I CANT ENTER GAMES. I TRY RESET ALL FACTORY VALUES, FLASH WHICH DEJAN BOX (ALL VERSION POSSIBLES) AND THE PROBLEM CONTINUE.

ANY PEOPLE CAN HELP ME?

you eeprom reseted it or just sw reset? try reseting by clicking UI sett and SCM.... and DEVICE DATA ..... or try reset with Wintesla.........

I solved the fault in 3310 that freezing and cannot enter games in this way, perhaps this can help someone more to repair:

I´ve upgraded and downgraded firmware to every version, but this not help, then i think that problem is in some PPM checksum, in this way i play with different PPM packages, and finally i flash the phone with MCU+PPM firmware 3.05, but i choose only one option in the PPM box of my Neelix box, i choose only my language, none of the other that contents PPM C. After this, the phone can enter games perfectly, not problem.

Before of this i tried Nokia tool, wintesla, etc... with no success.
