3310 goes off when you activate command - GSM-Forum

hi, my 3310 just goes off if i activate any command like i want to check my credits on the phone *'123*1# it comes on again and does every other function, except activating commands please help anyone

Hi body,

All you have to do is change MCU/PPm with newest version and all
will be Ok..Tested on almost all ver of 3310 .
