3310 randomly restats..


hi,
i have an 3310 which restarts randomly, i have flashed the phone with ufs but the prob exists, any hard ware prob??,,
if so please guide me???

restrts when keypad is operated

i ve observed the prob.., it restarts only when some key is pressed other wise the set remains on and ooperating...

any clues..BR.

If l511 is not enough, put flux and hotair on flash memory or better reball flash cip. I had same problem on about 100 pieces and 90% work after hotair. Try and see that it restarts usualy when you use left keys, where is flash cip on the back side.

audio IC can also cause the prob just reheat it would be ok!!! if not reheat flash IC.. if still have the prob.. replaced the 26mhz crystal osc.. gud luck mate!!!

i have the same problem too and have remove the 511,still the problem persit,the phone also tripoff, restart itself and display sim card not accepted.

someone pls help

hi..cobba faulty...change cobba and try to flash the phone..use knock 95 or geopflash and use eprom tools 4 close open..ok..regards

analize first your problem since you said that problem occur during pressing keypad then maybe there something causing a shorted on the board. Is the unit wet damaged? then try to clean it first then if the symtoms still persist then try to flash it then if still the same do the hardware procedure observe the part where you press key the look if what component near the key you press that unit begins to restart. then rehot / reball / replace the part.
