I tryed Zulea and VirtualZ and Cyberphrea...
etc.
All soft write All locks clear....OK
I can't unlock it!Plss help me!
Maybe I need to flash it, plss help me!

Yesterday i have unlocked two of these versions with VirtualZ soft and there was no any problem...;may be your phone is ****ed..
i don't thing that you could flash it..Sorry

You can use Nokia Unlocker (Nokall)
It unlock all four locks without any problem

What is content of locks ? Try with winlock.
Maybe in phone is strange eeprom. (from another phone)
