Post 5110 hardware prblem ( battery drain fast)


anyone please help me to solve the problem for 5110 and 6150

battery drain fast that the new battery can't even last half day

Yes...I also experienced this..A leak on the Vcc line to ground of the RF Final Power Amplifier Module can cause battery to be easily drained.....On 5110, it can be found inside the an rf shield near top portion of the board opposite side the battery terminals..

Its part no. is N550...it's the one responsible of final radio frequency amplification before the signal is thrown out the antenna via the duplexer(Z550)...
