hello all , my 5110 ver05.11 deslplay con. ser.<br />i repair it by bartek eepromm mathed now phone desplay insert sim but wine i insert sim sowes sim card not acp. i try to unlok with noktool 34 sowes me all 4 locked .try to unlock nu 2000 but software sayes 'v-05.11 18.02.99 nse-1(c) nmp<br />flash id:00898892<br />phone software version is not supported 'i m very new in nokia.<br />any one have out me to this problem ...<br />thanks in add<br />vivek <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

hello...<br />have you Nokia Flasher by Dejan Kaljevic v1.00b ?<br />If yes ,you must flash your phone with a full flash and you can get a full for "5110 ver5.11" from this link:<br /><a href="http://www.gengheraenga.net" target="_blank">http://www.gengheraenga.net</a> (user:vshahabi & Pass:817)<br />after you download flash file,rename it to "5110-511.fls" and copy it to "C:\nk_files\" .<br />then start flasher & flash your phone.<br />this solution repair your phone 100%.

Hi mate try uploading again the original eeprom dump of the your nokia 5110. This time try reading it using an ICPROG eeprom software with your SMD Programmer Device or a MAKInterface is recommended set the device to 24c16. This should calculate your eeprom from the defective unit.

I hope your original eeprom dump is not damaged, coz if this is the case, well for now i dont know what should i recommend you.

from 00200000 to 00300000 is not a "realy" full flash. IMEI will not changed.

it is a full flash(mcu+ppm) except that 5110 eeprom data is stored in a physical one (i.e 24c16) so whether you change flash, you still get the same IMEI. unlike in newer phones where eeprom is stored in flash memory, it is rather relatively safe to write full flashes since you cant "accidentally" write a different eeprom data since 5110's don't have eeprom data in flash.

Regarding your problem, do the following check. Since all locks are closed, we 1st should know if security data is still intact. To do so, type in the phone the ff. #pw+1234567890+1#. You should get a "Code Error" result before rebooting. <br />If you don't get a code error message then forget the whole thing, it means it has to be rebuilt (eeprom data). <br />If you did get the error message, then you still have a window of oppurtunity to get it fixed.

Here's how. <br />Solution A<br />Since v5.11 can be unlocked using data cable, no partial unlock flash was made for it. So the difficult part would be looking for one. <br />The next possible problem you would encounter then would be that your phone will reboot every 30 seconds or so. If in case it does reboot, you then have to upgrade the version of your phone to lets say, v5.30 for it to function normally.

Solution B<br />Since looking for partials for this version is rather tasking, i suggest you upgrade your phone first to v5.30 then unlock it using partial flashing.
