In EEPROM zone there are two copies of phone IMEI - one in plain text and other crypted. In Your case, crypted IMEI is set to 00000000 and nothing to do. If You can upload full flash of Your Nokia some where I'll download and check if I can help You.
Best regards

sw error, the eeprom is either corrupted or tampered.
It can only be solved with Dejan's box V1.04 and have to pay for the logs at high price first.

I use EEPROM TOOLS 3.1 by B-Phreaks to check the cause it a mini-Wintesla tool that can help you determine the erron of your phone.

THere is a certain click box named TEST. It will help you point out whether its a hardware defect or a software defect. Based on my own research if its a COBBA error i usually realign COBBA i.c and somehow it worked for me.

If we base that the error is in the software part well i think its much more easier than reviving a hardware malfunctions.

6565656565 with 4 locks closed pertains that your EEPROM data of in your phone is corrupted. 3310 and 8210 units are usually the common phones that have errors like this.

Simply prepare your VIRGIN EEPROM if available with your flasher tools and offcourse an IMEI changer to restore you original IMEI number.

Hope this may help guys!

THats all what i know and very very sorry for the bad english

You not dean a DEJAN 1.04 and logs! Actually DEJAN 1.04 is just a mere MCU and PPM uploader.

Tools needed in repair corrupted IMEI:

Flasher utilities
Datacables (MBus/M2Bus)
IMEI Changer (ROLIS NOKIA TOOL 1.80 or higher)
VIRGIN EEPROMS
