Post 8210 with contact service (DSP ALIVE??) FAILED


i have run tests in wintesla and have this prob with 8210 with contact service

it failed on these tests :-

MCU DOWNLOAD DSP = FAILED<br />DSP ALIVE = FAILED

also 6210 with COBBA PARRALLEL = FAILED

any ideas on these please <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Hi

For the 8210 I do not have an idea,<br />but for the 6210 with Cobba parallel failed may suggest you to try reflowing Cobba, or remove and fit back again. I think you have a broken ball underneath.

for 8210 --&gt; MCU (DSP) is dead :-(<br />for 6210 resolder cobba

Hi,<br />Only way is replace DSP chip, but that chip is underfilled, i see in asia can remove and resolder new chip.
