I have 2 file:
3310TV.fls have Vietnamese language.
3310.fls
how can I make file 3310.fls have Vietnamese language?

How can I copy language pack from flash file to another flash?

Use dejan104. Copy 3310tv.fls file to c:\nk-files and rename to flash.bin, open dejan 104, press F3, you will have an ppm file in your nk_files!
