8210 glue under ccont bga ic
 

has anybody came across this problem.
under the bga ic is some glue of some sort.
is their any way to remove it so i can replace the ccont bga.
any help welcome.

i have removed the bga without any problem.
now all i need to do is clean the glue from the area.
so i can replace the bga.
