9210i problems after flashing - GSM-Forum

Hello. I have two 9210i returned from my customers. I have actualized soft with prodigy and now both can't see memory cards. I have tried with four mmc and nothig. I cant format mmc's because both phones can't detect it... anibody could help me?

i think your problem is grounding... check mmc connector ground at the back cover...

what connector do you say? pins 2 and 4 are gnd but seems to be fine

what i mean is "MMC" switch (plated gold pin) ground, located inside back cover...
check it out... might be the solution>>

No, I have prodigy. But I want to test d2nice solution because I was opened both phones first, later I have flashed it... could be problem of prodigy or problem of repair, I don't know

@d2nice: do you talk about small metal piece that connects metal cover of pcb with metal cover of the housing?

yuppp!! tha't it..but "gold plated clip" located at the corner of that cover...
...sori i don't have pic...

I don't have this clip, I think I have loosed it... I will try to connect those two points with a cable by soldering.... could you tell me what points I have to make contact? hehehe... I think you are right
