8210 security code problem. - GSM-Forum

It says emergency calls only when I put in the security code.
Ive tried resetting software with nokia tool and datacable put it stays the same and even if I enter the correct doe it says emergency calls only and goes back to the security page.

Is there anything I can do.

Maybe your IMEI is banned....?????

it cant be because its happening with every network i try it on and the phone is not stolen.
