8210 V 5.11 says always Inset SIM - GSM-Forum

I received a 8210 tahn always says Inset Sim
after a bad unlock by anybody than do not knowMB
Well I upload and full flash of 2 Mb begining on 200000, and unlocked with the NU2000, but still says "insert Sim"
Checked with the Nokia Unlocker 2.0 and all 4 locks are open.
Anybody known can I do ?
Any solution ?
