9210i MCU eeprom interface failed


Hi,
eeprom tool report that this N9210i have MCU eeprom interface test failed,
the phone is in contact service, after remove and put-back the battery,
please where is this part?,
can some body give me the part-list,and location for the damage componenet, and how to solve this problem,,,

please....

i have same problem
i read some things about this still nothing
i would like to know:
is the flash damaged or is it just eeprom messed up?
and if there is sw for writing eeprom in these phones
