have bought a new notebook Compaq p3 850mhz running windows me, computer can't detect my box.<br />old notebook NEC P1 166mhz win98se running with no problem.

is it my time setting on cfg must set higher or just dejan box can't support Windows Me.

please tell me what to do

Check ur LPT Port Sitting , try to change it to Normal OR (ECP) ..

if not try to install Windows98 instead of Windows Me.

The box works I think with EPP and ECP port setings. For this you have to go to the BIOS of your notebook.
