Surely if you pay <a href="http://www.b-phreaks.co.uk" target="_blank">b-phreaks</a> they'll generate a log that'll fix your phone.

Their service is great <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Thanks ALf!

I emailed them 3 days ago but still no response from them...

What if after uploading repaired LOG from b-phreaks, phone still doesn't work... do they have an after sales support or do I have to pay for another LOG?

regards...<br /> <img src="rolleyes.gif" border="0">

Hi,

We have conditions written on the site - we repair phones only with valid imei data.

We will check this first and will tell - to pay or not.

Hi,

For boards that have been moved from orignal housing is really no way to find out are they fully flashed or not.

More common is that label on the back and the eeprom data will show that. I mean if the label and the IMEI written in the security area will be different.

We thought that the DSP test will be usefull, but seems people don't really understand it or maybe this test was not a good idea.

Thats why we ask for eeprom readout now - at least to check all data and be sure we can do the job.

Only hardware that can cause 4 Locks closed or bad IMEI is COBBA parallel interface. It is a good idea to bend the board ( not too much force )- usually it will show.

to bph&co:

Can upgrading the software version repair 3330 that comes from "contact service" and after uploading MCU and PPM flash file from another phone, repaired the contact service but no network and auto resetting?

If the IMEI is correct standard logging or a Dejan Box will fix that problem...

If IMEI is incorrect... then new security area has to be generated...
